摘要: 为了计算和调节磁流变液孔口流量,对流场的区域进行剖分和分析,建立了磁流变液孔口出流数学模型.通过数值模拟的方法,对局部阻力系数进行了修正.通过孔口出流实验,验证了数学模型的精确性,并研究了孔口流量的影响因素.结果表明:该数学模型能够较为精准地计算孔口流量,并且在一定条件下通过改变磁流变液黏度、孔长、孔径和外加压强能有效地调节孔口流量.
