摘要:
设计并搭建了电辅助增量成形试验平台,通过2060T8铝锂合金槽形试样的电辅助单点增量成形试验研究了脉冲电流对成形试样的轮廓精度和壁云厚分布等成形效果的影响规律.结果表明:在电辅助增量成形过程中,因脉冲电流而产生的电致塑性效应,会促使材料变形的局部化,从而提高了板料的成形能力;在所用试验条件下,随着电流密度增加,试样的轮廓度误差以及成形区域的减薄率先减小而后增加;当电流密度为9.5A/mm2时,试样的成形效果最佳.
