摘要:

以健康指数逐渐衰退的单机生产设备为研究对象,引入役龄递减因子和故障率递增因子,建立了设备的修复非新模型.在此基础上,综合考虑维护方案与生产调度间的相互作用与决策实际,在预防性维护建模中拓展分析作业延误平均成本率,在生产调度中提出最小作业中断成本目标,并结合最小最大期望延迟时间、最小总期望延迟时间,以实现多目标全局决策优化.通过实例分析,结果表明,建立的基于健康指数的预防性维护与多目标生产调度联合优化模型可有效地规划出统筹维护周期与生产排程的综合优化方案.

Abstract:

This paper dealt with single machine which had declining health index. It introduced recursion decline factor and failure rate ascending factor to build its imperfect maintenance model. By considering preventive maintenance (PM) and job scheduling, the PM model was expanded with order delay cost, while minimum interrupt cost was proposed together with minimum maxim tardiness and minimum total tardiness to model multi-objective job scheduling. The results of a numerical example indicate that this integrated model of PM and job scheduling is valid for planning comprehensive and optimal PM intervals and job schedules.
