摘要:

针对生鲜产品在销售过程中由于变质产生不同的质量等级,零售商将面临分离销售和混合销售2种不同销售策略的问题.考虑2种质量等级的情景,通过建立和求解2阶段模型研究了2种销售策略下零售商的最优定价和订货决策.通过算例分析比较了不同销售策略下市场需求波动、产品质量差异和产品保鲜率对零售商最优决策和收益的影响.

Abstract:

Fresh products, which may deteriorate during the distribution process, are usually divided into different quality levels. The retailer faces two different selling strategies, i.e., separate selling strategy and mixed selling strategy. This paper studied the optimal pricing and ordering strategies for a retailer of fresh products under these two different selling strategies. Specifically, a two-period model was considered in this paper. Through numerical analysis, it explored the effects of market demand volatility, product quality difference and freshness keeping ratio on the retailer’s optimal decisions and profit under different selling strategies.
