摘要:

为了实现数控运动相邻加工段的高速平滑转接,采用可调形的3次插值样条转接曲线进行平滑拐角过渡.在拐角过渡的过程中,保持运动速度不变,采用改变样条转接曲线的调形系数来调整其曲率半径并控制加速度.结果表明,采用可调形的3次插值样条转接曲线控制的平滑拐角转接方法可以保证运动路径的平稳、进给速度的连续并提高加工效率,能够有效降低加速度突变,减轻加工过程对机床的冲击.

Abstract:

In order to realize smooth transfers along a continuous segment trajectory,  adjustable form of the cubic spline connecting curve was made for corner transition. The movement speed remains unchanged during the process of corner transition, changing the form adjustment coefficient of the spline connecting curve to adjust its curvature radius and controlling the value of acceleration. The results show that this method of adjustable form of the cubic spline connecting curve control corner transition can guarantee the smoothness of the path and the continuity of the speed and improve the machining efficiency, and reduce the acceleration mutations effectively, lessen the impact to machine tool.
