等速万向节驱动轴总成圆周间隙分析

摘要:

基于球笼式等速万向节的空间立体模型,推导了球笼式等速万向节在任意摆角和转角下的圆周间隙角计算公式;利用MATLAB软件分析了驱动轴总成最优的装配位置;基于最小的圆周间隙波动,提出了驱动轴总成的装配要求.结果表明:在输入轴与输出轴存在夹角的情况下,驱动轴两端的圆周间隙随着转角的变化而波动;合理的装配方式可以有效地减小等速万向节驱动轴总成的圆周间隙值和间隙波动,进而降低汽车行驶过程中的振动和噪声.

Abstract:

Based on the three-dimensional model of Rzeppa constant velocity joint, the formula of circumferential clearance angle at any swing angle and rotating angle was deduced, and the optimal assembly position of driving shaft assembly was analyzed by using MATLAB software. The assembly requirements were proposed based on optimal circumferential clearance fluctuations. The results show that the circumferential clearance at both ends of drive shaft varies with the swing angle between the input and output. The value and fluctuations of the angle can be reduced effectively in an appropriate assembly position, and the vibration and noise can be weakened during travelling.
