高速列车司机室前窗框焊接变形

摘要: 高速列车司机室前窗框由全铝合金空间曲梁焊接而成,焊接变形难以控制.采用固有应变法对某型号高速列车司机室前窗框进行焊接变形仿真分析,与实测数据对比表明:该方法预测高速列车前窗框的焊接变形准确、可行.

Abstract: The former window frame of highspeed train is welded by spacecurved beam made up of aluminum alloy, whose welding deformation is difficult to be under control. The correction of welding deformation mostly depends on experience in the factory, which leads to the reduction of manufacture precision. This article focuses on the welding deformation simulation of former window frame of highspeed train based on the inherent strain method. Compared with the actual measurement, it suggests that the method is accurate and applicable.
