液氮温区双试件防护热板装置设计及研制

Design and Construction of a Double-sides Guarded Hot Plate Apparatus at Liquid Nitrogen Temperature

摘要: 介绍了一种液氮温区(-196 °C)双试件防护热板装置的设计原理与结构.针对该装置在低温工作的特性,采用不同于传统常温防护热板装置的结构形式、加热方式和温度测量方法,设计并研制了适用于液氮温区的防护热板装置.设计中,热板采用了线热源式加热器,并使用液氮容器作为冷板提供测试所需的低温,在装置中设计了方便的夹紧结构和具有隔热作用的滑动结构.给出了该装置的温度、输入功率、计量面积和厚度的测量方法,并进行了不确定度分析.

Abstract: The principle and structure of a doublesides guarded hot plate apparatus (GHP) at liquid nitrogen temperature (-196 °C) were described . It is different with the traditional GHP in terms of the structure, heating method and temperature measurement. The method of the line heat source was applied for the meter and guard plates, and the liquid nitrogen containers were employed as the cold plate. The clamping assemblies and the sliding assemblies were also presented. The measurement methods of the temperatures, the input power, the meter area and the thickness of the specimens were given. The uncertainties for the measurement were also discussed.
