摘要:  针对泥水平衡盾构施工特点,结合上海军工路越江隧道工程超大型泥水平衡盾构施工实践,在施工工艺及关键技术措施等方面,探讨复杂环境条件下如何有效控制周边环境变形.现场监测数据表明:盾构推进会对周边环境产生影响,导致建筑物沉降不均匀;盾构经过建筑物前后沉降变化明显.实践结果表明:盾构推进施工应对施工参数的匹配进行合理调整,并建立监测信息交流沟通网络以有效控制地面沉降,也可采用地面跟踪注浆加固措施来保护构筑物的稳定.

Abstract: For slurry shield construction, based on the construction practice of Shanghai Jungong Road large slurry shield tunnel, the effective control of the deformation of the surrounding environment was discussed regarding the construction process and technology measures in the complex environment. The field monitoring data indicate that the shield will have an impact on the surrounding environment, resulting in the uneven settlement of buildings. The practical results show that the construction parameters should be reasonably adjusted in shield construction, and settlement of the ground should be effectively controlled by establishment of monitoring information network, or protection of the buildings using ground tracking grouting.
