薄壁盘套类零件的装夹规划算法

摘要:  在定义零件制造模型、装夹和加工操作的基础上,分析了机床类型、刀具接近方向和加工操作顺序约束对装夹的影响,建立了薄壁盘套类零件装夹规划数学模型.根据薄壁盘套类零件分阶段加工特点,将薄壁盘套类零件装夹规划问题分解为粗加工、半精加工和精加工3个子问题,并采用基于规则、聚类和图论的方法确定装夹顺序和每次装夹的加工操作集合,提出了完整的薄壁盘套类零件装夹规划方案.同时,以航空轴套零件为例,验证了所提出方法的可行性与有效性.

Abstract: The part manufacturing model, setup and operation were developed to solve the setup planning of the thinwalled turning part. A mathematical model of setup planning was introduced based on discussions about machine types, tool approach directions and operation procedure constraints. The setup planning was divided into three subproblems to decrease the problem solution space according to grading for the thinwalled turning part. An algorithm based on rules, graph theory and clustering was introduced to determine setup planning procedure and operation groups in the process of solving the subproblems. A complete setup planning was put forward for the thinwalled turning part. Finally, an example of an aviation part was illustrated to prove the feasibility of the proposed model.
