摘要: 提出了一套适用于已建造投入使用的自升式钻井平台性能水平等级的评价方法,建立了相应的评价指标体系和计算方法,用于对建造完成的自升式钻井平台的先进性评价.分析和计算实例表明,该性能水平等级评价方法是适用和有效的.利用获取的评价结果,可对平台在同类型平台中的先进性水平进行定位,评估平台设计是否达到预期的效果及存在的问题,总结经验教训,以指导今后的工作;同时,也是对有关船舶与海洋结构物性能水平等级评价体系的国家标准的有益补充.

Abstract: The advanced grade evaluation method for a selfelevating drilling unit was proposed. The corresponding evaluation criteria system and calculation method were used to assess the capability of selfelevating drilling unit. The availability of evaluation criteria system and calculation method for selfelevating drilling unit was proved. The evaluation result may be used to carry out the position in advanced level in the same type platform, appraising if the selfelevating drilling unit achieves the desired results and finding the exist problems to guide the work in the future. At the same time, this evaluation criteria system and calculation method will be beneficial to the national standard of the function level grade valuation system of ships and ocean structures.
