摘要: 为对SiC/PTFE纳米复合材料微观结构进行定量分析,运用自主开发的、基于图像处理技术的纳米复合材料微观结构分析系统,用颗粒分散度计算方法,对SiC/PTFE纳米复合材料微观结构进行了计算和分析.结果表明:颗粒分散度能较好地定量表征纳米粒子在PTFE基体中分散的均匀性;随着SiC纳米粒子含量增加,颗粒分散度先增大后减小;SiC纳米粒子含量为7%时,颗粒分散度较高,复合材料中纳米粒子分散较均匀;偶联剂处理可以提高SiC纳米粒子在PTFE基体中颗粒分散度.

Abstract: Using independently developed microcosmic structure analysis system of nanocomposites which is based on the image processing technology, this paper carried on quantitative analysis of microcosmic structure of SiC/PTFE nanocomposite by computational method of particle dispersion degree. The results indicate that: The particle dispersion degree can take a good quantitative attribute of uniformity of nanoparticles which disperse in the PTFE matrix; Along with the content of SiC nanoparticle increases, the particle dispersion degree increases first and then decreases; When the content of SiC nanoparticle is 7%, the particle dispersion degree is quite large, and the nanoparticles disperse quite uniformly in the composite; The treatment by coupling agent may enhance the particle dispersion degree of SiC nanoparticles in PTFE matrix.
