摘要: 针对医院选址问题中就医人数随机性的特点,提出了基于随机规划的现代医院选址方法.考虑医院附近不同人口分布点的每月就医人次数、交通状况、病人对不同级别医院的偏好因素,建立随机整数规划模型,以最小化地区内人口与医疗资源间的权重距离总和为优化目标,并采用蒙特卡罗方法模拟每月就医人次数这一随机参数.实验结果证明,该方法具有良好的收敛性,其选址决策相比于确定性模型选址方法明显优化.

Abstract: Hospital site selection is crucial to modern hospital construction. This paper discussed the stochastic characteristic of parameter (monthly visits) and proposed a stochastic programming based method to deal with the problem of hospital site selection. Various factors are taken into consideration, and a stochastic integer model is built with the objective to minimize total weighted distance between population and hospitals. Monte Carlo method is used to simulate stochastic parameter. The computational experiments prove the good convergence of the solution and the improvement of site selection decision compared to the deterministic model.
