摘要: 提出了一种基于序列响应面方法与模拟退火算法相结合的汽车板选材优化方法,并将其用于车体的侧面碰撞安全性研究,采用多项式近似模型替代车体侧面碰撞的物理有限元模型,针对汽车碰撞部位各个零部件进行优化选材.结果表明,采用优化方法所得车体侧面碰撞部位各个零部件材料可达到合理的匹配,并可改善车体侧面的碰撞安全性.

Abstract: An optimal material selection method of vehicle was proposed by combining a sequential response surface method and the simulation annealing algorithm. The method was applied to the safety study of side impact, by which the materials of each part of the collision site were selected on the optimization design. The results show that a reasonable material match of side collision parts is achieved by optimizing design, and the safety of side impact of the vehicle has the notable improvement.
