Abstract The basic characteristic of the fourth-generation fighter is possessing over stall maneuver ability, thus it‘s extremely urgent to figure out how to intercept this kind of fighters. This article discusses the over stall maneuver and its process, and sets the most classic ‘Herbst maneuver’ as main maneuver model to antidesign and establish mathematical model, in order to analyze the target intercept strategy against over stall maneuver target. Finally the article establishes a simulation platform similar to 9M96e2 missile, and conducts intercept trajectory simulation to testify the feasibility of the strategy.
