摘要

移动式储能技术是提升配电网韧性和保障供电可靠性的重要手段,本文提出一种面向配电网多场景应急保供电需求的移动储能优化配置方法。首先,建立了考虑移动储能灵活接入的配电网最大应急供电能力评估模型,在此基础上提出了移动储能提升配电网应急供电能力的时空转移调度策略及其约束条件。其次,建立了移动储能多场景应急保供电收益模型,分析了考虑应急时空调度的移动储能全生命周期成本,针对配电网偶发性尖峰负荷及突发事件下多场景应急供电需求,提出了考虑多场景应急复用的移动储能多阶段容量配置及时空接入调度方法。最后,通过实际配电网算例对比分析,所提方法可充分挖掘移动储能主动应急响应与灵活调度潜力,有效保障配电网应急供电能力的同时提升移动储能利用率及收益。

Abstract

Mobile energy storage (MES) is vital for enhancing distribution network resilience and reliability. This paper proposes an optimal MES configuration method for multi-scenario emergency demands. First, a maximum emergency supply capacity model is developed considering flexible MES integration, followed by a spatio-temporal scheduling strategy. Second, an MES benefit model and a life-cycle cost model considering spatio-temporal scheduling are established respectively. To address peak loads and contingencies, a multi-stage capacity configuration and scheduling method is proposed to facilitate multi-scenario emergency multiplexing. Case studies demonstrate that this approach leverages MES’s flexible scheduling potential, effectively ensuring emergency supply while maximizing utilization and profitability.
