摘要

针对目前船体曲面分片表达的分片原则不统一,导致难以保留船体曲面特征的问题,提出了基于非均匀有理B样条(NURBS)的船体曲面自动分片的通用基本原则。以方尾平底船为例,首先根据分片原则,基于基本特征线对船体曲面进行区域划分;然后,根据各区域具体特点,确定各曲面片的边界线、构造各分片的组成要素以及曲面片间的拼接阶次;最后,基于沪东中华造船(集团)有限公司的DPS软件,详细阐述了船体曲面分片的构造过程以及拼接方法。实船的船体曲面分片表达结果验证了该方案的可行性和优势。

Abstract

In view of the inconsistent principles of surface patches division in current ship hull surface representation, which makes it difficult to fully preserve the characteristics of the ship hull surface, a universal basic principle for automated hull surface patches division based on non-uniform rational B-spline (NURBS) is proposed. Take the transom-stern flat-bottomed ships as examples, firstly, according to the principle of patches division, the hull surface areas are divided based on the basic characteristic lines. Then, the boundary lines of each surface patches, the constituent elements of each patch and the splicing order between the surface patches are determined according to the specific characteristics of each area. Finally, based on the DPS software developed by Hudong Zhonghua Shipbuilding (Group) Co., Ltd., the construction process and splicing method of hull surface patches are described in detail. The hull surface patches representation results of full-scale ship verified the feasibility and advantages of this scheme.
