摘要

随着海运冷藏集装箱数量占比的不断提升,集装箱船载功率占比随之提高,冷箱的功率输出成为集装箱船能量管理中不可忽视的一部分。本文为提高集装箱船能量利用效率,探究冷藏功率占比上升趋势下集装箱船的能量管理策略,构建了针对中远距离航线的船舶能量管理优化模型,以经济性和碳排放最优为目标对集装箱船航线进行优化求解。纳入冷箱功率作为决策变量,充分发挥其类储能特性提高集装箱船整体能效。同时,该模型充分考虑了海况对船速的影响,并有效解决了优化求解过程中外部海况环境与航速之间互相影响的逻辑耦合关系。最后,本文采用多目标遗传算法对中国沿海的航线进行求解,验证了所提模型的优越性,同时对不同环境下的最优船速策略进行了归纳分析,结果表明本文所提算法能够有效改善船舶能效与碳排放5%以上。

Abstract

With the increasing proportion of refrigerated containers in container ships, the proportion of onboard daily power, including the cooling power of refrigerated containers, in the overall ship power is also rising. Consequently, this paper delves into the optimal sailing speed strategy for container ships in the face of the rising proportion of refrigerated containers. It establishes energy management optimization model tailored for long distance routes, optimizing container ship routes from the perspectives of cost and carbon emissions. Moreover, the model fully takes sea conditions' impact on ship speed into account and effectively resolves the complex logical coupling between long distance sea conditions and ship speed during optimization. Finally, a multi-objective genetic algorithm is applied to a Chinese coastal route, demonstrating that the proposed approach cuts total cost and CO₂ emissions by more than 5% relative to conventional practice, and yielding speed profiles that remain near-optimal across diverse environmental scenarios.
