摘要

针对当前配电网故障定位装置难以准确测量故障暂态行波信号导致定位误差大的问题,提出了一种基于隧道磁电阻电流传感器的行波故障定位方法并设计研制样机。首先提出隧道磁电阻电流测量方法,开展宽频带暂态信号的电流测量对比实验,研制了具备边缘计算功能的小体积智能隧道磁电阻传感器装置,精确测量故障暂态信号。在此基础上,分布式安装传感器测量配电网暂态电流信号,通过类经验模态分解方法降低噪声干扰,再计算分解信号的能量值并准确标定行波波头到达时间,实现故障精确定位。仿真验证和10kV配电网真型试验结果表明,所提方法能够准确定位故障点,传感器装置易于安装,具有较高的工程价值。

Abstract

To address the issue that existing traveling wave (TW) positioning devices in distribution networks struggle to accurately detect fault transient TWs, resulting in significant positioning errors. This paper proposes a TW fault locating method based on tunneling magnetoresistance (TMR) current sensors and develops a prototype. First, a TMR-based current measurement method is proposed. Comparative experiments on wide-band transient signal current measurements are conducted, and a compact intelligent TMR sensor with edge computing capabilities is developed to precisely capture fault transient signals. On this basis, distributed sensors are installed to measure the transient current signals in the distribution network. An improved empirical mode decomposition method is employed to reduce noise interference. Subsequently, the energy values of the decomposed signals are calculated, and the arrival time of the traveling wavefront is accurately calibrated to achieve precise fault localization. Simulation and 10kV distribution network test results demonstrate that the proposed method is an effective means of accurate positioning, the sensor devices are easy to install and exhibit significant engineering value.
