摘要

针对综合能源系统的碳排放高和氢能的低碳潜力未充分挖掘等问题,引入电转气(Power to Gas, P2G),碳捕集、利用与封存(Carbon Capture, Utilization and Storage, CCUS)和掺氢燃气设备(Hydrogen-doped Gas Equipment, HDGE)等灵活性设备,并建立一种考虑奖惩碳交易的含P2G-CCUS-HDGE联合运行的综合能源系统优化调度模型。首先,构建P2G-CCUS-HDGE联合运行模型,并考虑动态掺氢比运行模式。其次,引入奖惩阶梯式碳交易机制以约束碳排放。再者,以总运行成本最低为目标,计及相关约束,建立优化调度模型并调用GUROBI进行求解。最后,通过设置多场景对比验证所建调度模型在降低总成本、减少碳排放和改善新能源消纳等方面的优势。同时,探究了不同掺氢比和碳交易参数对系统经济性和低碳性的影响,从而为系统的低碳经济调度提供参考。

Abstract

To address the issues of high carbon emissions in integrated energy systems and the insufficient exploration of low-carbon potential of hydrogen, the flexible equipment such as the power to gas (P2G), the carbon capture, utilization and storage (CCUS), and the hydrogen-doped gas equipment (HDGE) are introduced. And an optimal dispatch model of integrated energy system with joint operation of P2G-CCUS-HDGE considering reward and penalty carbon trading is proposed. Firstly, a joint operation model of P2G-CCUS-HDGE is constructed, and a dynamic hydrogen-doped ratio operation mode is considered. Secondly, a reward and penalty stepped carbon trading mechanism is introduced to limit carbon emissions. Furthermore, aiming to minimize the total operational cost, an optimization dispatch model is established considering relevant constraints and solved using the GUROBI solver. Finally, by setting up multiple scenarios for comparison, the advantages of the proposed dispatch model in reducing total costs, decreasing carbon emissions, and improving renewable energy consumption are validated. Additionally, the impact of various hydrogen-doped ratios and carbon trading parameters on the economy and low-carbon performance of the system is explored, thus providing insights into the low-carbon economic dispatch of the system.
