摘要

针对现有研究中含储能的数据中心园区(Internet Data Center with Energy Storage, IDCE)可调能力建模精度不足、储能系统与机房温控负荷运行缺乏联动,进而导致IDCE应对电网正常及极端运行需求下的调节潜力无法充分发挥的问题,提出了d考虑实体储能-虚拟储能耦合的IDCE调频投标调度方法。首先,基于工作负载调度特点与机房虚拟储能运行特性,解析了IDCE内实体-虚拟储能耦合运行机理,构建了IDCE实体-虚拟储能的耦合可调能力模型。其次,以IDCE日运营收益最大化为目标,建立了考虑工作负载与调频辅助服务补偿价格不确定性的IDCE调频投标调度模型,并采用松弛近似方法处理基于动态电压频率调节的服务器功耗模型产生的非线性约束,实现模型求解。最后,算例验证了本文所提方法能够在满足基本运行需求基础上实现IDCE常态化盈利。

Abstract

Tapping and utilizing the flexible regulation potential of Internet Data Center with Energy Storage (IDCE) is one of the important means to realize the source-load interaction regulation of new power systems. Aiming at the problems of insufficient modeling accuracy of IDCE adjustable capacity and lack of linkage between the energy storage system and temperature-controlled load operation of the server room in the existing studies, which in turn leads to the failure of IDCE to give full play to its regulation potential in response to the normal operating state of the grid as well as under the extreme operating demand, an IDCE frequency regulation trading bidding dispatch method considering physical storage-virtual storage coupling is proposed, aiming at exploring the IDCE normalized profitability strategy under the premise of meeting the basic operation demand. Firstly, based on the workload dispatching characteristics and the virtual energy storage operation characteristics of the server room, the coupled physical-virtual energy storage operation mechanism within IDCE is analyzed, and the coupled adjustable capacity model of IDCE physical-virtual energy storage is constructed. Secondly, with the objective of maximizing the daily operating revenue of IDCE, a frequency regulation trading bidding dispatch model considering the uncertainty of the workload and the compensation price of frequency regulation auxiliary service is established, and the nonlinear constraints generated by the dynamic voltage-frequency regulation-based server power consumption model are dealt with by using relaxation approximation. Finally, the effectiveness of the method proposed in this paper is verified by an arithmetic example.
