摘要

基于全球变化科学和食物链理论,提出了潜在的全球变化-植物/食物化学计量组成-人类健康风险关系问题,并指出了开展农业、畜牧业、食品、健康技术措施的重要性.

Abstract

Based on the food chain theory, the relationship between global change, plant/food stoichiometric composition and human health was proposed. The significance of agricultural, food, and health technology was presented.
