随着免疫检查点抑制剂、肿瘤疫苗、过继性细胞免疫疗法等肿瘤免疫治疗技术的飞速发展，免疫治疗已展现出相较于传统肿瘤治疗方法的巨大优势.本文简述了当前肿瘤免疫治疗存在的问题，并就免疫能否全面改变肿瘤治疗现状，甚至彻底治愈肿瘤这一问题展开论述.

With the rapid development of therapeutics such as immune checkpoint blockade, tumor vaccines, and adoptive cellular immunotherapy, cancer immunotherapy has demonstrated significant advantages over traditional treatment methods. This paper briefly introduces the challenges in the current cancer immunotherapy, and discusses herein whether immunotherapy could lead to the paradigm shift of cancer therapy or even cure cancer.
