摘要

表观遗传学是研究非DNA序列改变所引起的可遗传的表型变化.其科学意义在于补充自然进化的理论,其应用范围已经涉及众多疾病领域.能否通过人为控制表观遗传调控使细胞选择性地遗传性状,从而治疗某些疾病?

Abstract

Epigenetics is the study of heritable phenotype changes that do not involve alterations in the DNA sequence. It has been used in the evolution theory and disease therapy. Can it be selectively inherited by manipulation? Humans may be able to benefit from new technologies and avoid some harmful epigenetic events.
