神经系统与免疫系统间存在精密复杂的互作网络,明确神经系统记忆、影响免疫系统炎症信号的机制具有重大基础研究和临床转化价值.本文阐述免疫系统和神经系统在炎症性疾病中对机体的调控,指出神经系统影响免疫记忆的证据,介绍神经-免疫互作网络,以期为治疗免疫系统疾病提供研究新思路.
There is a sophisticated and complex interaction network between the nervous system and the immune system. It is of significant research and translational value to clarify the mechanism of the nervous system in memorizing and influencing inflammatory signals. This paper describes how the immune system and the nervous system regulate inflammatory diseases, and points out that the nervous system affects immunological memory. Besides, it introduces the neural-immune interaction network, in the hope of providing new research ideas for the treatment of immune inflammatory diseases.
