本文介绍衰老研究的科学意义,归纳既往研究中对于衰老背后生物学机制的解释,提出衰老研究中亟需解决的关键问题,指出新兴多组学研究方法是探索衰老机制的一个重要发展方向.
This paper introduces the scientific significance of aging research, and summarizes the biological mechanisms behind aging in previous studies. Besides, it raises several key questions that need to be answered urgently in this area, and indicates that the emerging multiomics research method is an important development direction to explore the biological mechanism.
