摘要

世界上许多的单细胞生命体以高效率和高准确性在运行着.比如一个巨噬细胞可以实时地动态追踪一个细菌,说明这种单细胞生物的感知器和控制器都是异常精密和发达的.人类目前尚未了解单细胞生命体的运行规律.破译这一科学问题,将对仿生机器人、新的系统调控原理、控制理论、蛋白质网络、新药研发、细胞衰老等众多领域都具有重大的价值.

Abstract

Many single-cell organisms function with extraordinary efficiency and accuracy. For example, a macrophage can track a bacterial dynamically in real time, which indicates that such single-cell organism has extraordinary advanced sensors and actuators. It remains unknown for human beings how such delicate single-cell organisms operate. Understanding this fundamental scientific hurdle is of great value to many fields, such as bio-mimic robotics, control theory, protein networking, drug development, cell aging, etc.
