从理论上分析了X射线无损探伤技术应用于输电线路中的可行性,并通过现场X射线检测和拉力试验,明确了不同的缺陷情况,为采用X射线检测金具压接质量提供了可靠依据.研究结果较好地解决了输电线路中耐张线夹压接金具质量检测手段单一且不直观的问题,证明X射线无损检测可以很好地应用于输电线路压接金具的质量检测中,可为输电线路耐张压接金具的缺陷处理提供指导意见,对输电线路的安全稳定运行有着十分重要的意义.
This paper analyzes the feasibility of X-ray nondestructive flaw detection technology applying to transmission line in theory and gets different kinds of defect by X-ray nondestructive testing and tension testing. These test results provide reliable evidences for the quality judging of press fittings by X-ray nondestructive flaw detection technology and solve the problem which is single and not intuitive in the detection of transmission line’s press fittings. This paper proves that X-ray nondestructive flaw detection technology is a good application in quality judging of press fittings and provides the guidance of solving the defects. This technology significantly improves the safety and the reliability of transmission line.
