摘要: 反应堆功率控制系统是核电厂重要的仪控系统,对保证核电厂的正常运行起着重要作用.为确保该控制系统在核电厂运行过程中的良好控制品质及减少现场调试时间,有必要在设计阶段通过仿真研究对控制系统的控制参数进行优化设计.基于分析三代核电“华龙一号”反应堆功率控制系统的功能,提出了控制系统结构,同时对控制通道相关环节的相互影响因素进行了说明.以此为基础,利用核电厂数字化仿真工具,通过系统建模仿真对控制参数进行敏感性分析.根据不同参数取值下的系统静态和动态响应特性,最终确定一套较优的控制参数.所获得的控制参数已用于国内华龙一号首堆反应堆功率控制系统设计,可指导核电厂现场调试和电厂运行.

Abstract: Reactor power control system is an important instrument and control system. It plays an significant role in the normal operation of the nuclear power plant (NPP). In order to guarantee the good control performance of control system during normal operation of NPP and to decrease the on-site commissioning time, it is necessary to optimize the control parameters through simulation study on the control system in the design stage.Based on the analysis of the reactor power control system function of the third generation nuclear power Hua-long Pressurized Reactor (HPR) 1000, the control system structure is proposed and the interrelated factors of the control channel are explained. Through the process of system modeling and simulation, sensitivity analysis of control parameters is carried out using the nuclear power plant digital simulation tools.According to the static and dynamic response characteristics of the system with different parameters, a set of optimal control parameters are finally determined. The obtained control parameters are now used in the design of reactor power control system for the first reactor of HPR1000 in China, which can guide the on-site commissioning and operation of the nuclear power plant.
