摘要:
基于电化学放电加工的电极损耗原理,提出一种新的微砂轮修整工艺——电化学放电修整方法.阐述了其修整原理,同时,通过对比修整前后微砂轮的表面形貌、磨削力和工件表面质量来评估修整效果,通过微磨削试验来分析加工工艺参数对修整效果的影响.结果表明:修整后,微砂轮的磨削力和工件表面粗糙度显著降低;使用32V电源电压、质量浓度为300g/L的NaOH溶液修整后,微砂轮的法向磨削力和工件表面粗糙度最低.通过电化学放电修整可以显著改善微砂轮的磨削状态,提高加工效率和工件表面质量,延长微砂轮使用寿命.
