垂直驱动式压电振动送料器的设计

摘要:

利用环形压电陶瓷微位移和大输出力的特点,设计了一种垂直驱动的新型结构送料器,分析了该结构送料器的工作原理并建立了整个振动系统的动力学模型.通过理论分析,确定了系统振动模态、振幅、固有频率和物料运动状态等决定送料器性能的重要参数.通过样机制作和实验测试得到了系统固有频率的分布曲线以及振幅与输送速度的关系曲线.实验结果表明,样机的最佳工作频率为195 Hz;滑动输送振幅区间为17~27 μm,输送速度可达到123.5 mm/s;抛掷输送振幅区间为27~32 μm,输送速度可达到140.5 mm/s.与同型号悬臂梁式压电振动送料器相对比,该送料器性能有所提高、结构空间更紧凑,可以满足工业生产的使用要求.

Abstract:

A novel vertical driven piezoelectric feeder was designed using the micrometric displacement and the big output force of the piezoceramic. The working principle was analyzed and the system dynamical model was built. Theoretical analysis confirmed the system vibration model, amplitude, natural frequency and the material movement. The distribution curve of natural frequency and the relation curve between amplitude and conveying speed were obtained through the prototype and experiment testing. The results indicate that the best working frequency of the prototype is 195 Hz, the amplitude of slide transport is between 17 μm and 27 μm and the speed can reach 123.5 mm/s, the amplitude of casting delivery is between 27 μm and 32 μm and the speed can reach 140.5 mm/s. In comparison with the same model cantilever piezoelectric feeder, the prototype of the novel feeder has better performance and smaller structure space and can satisfy industry requirements.
