Durability Degradation Analysis of Raymond Cylinder Pile

摘要: 摘要: 通过室内试验获得后张法预应力混凝土大直径管桩耐久性退化的初始边界条件.通过现场取样获得耐久性退化状态信息,对在役1~17 a的大管桩开展现场调研和桩身取样,测试取样混凝土的氯离子浓度剖面曲线.通过Fick第二定律数学公式建立了大管桩耐久性退化模型.根据对大量数据统计分析得到在役大管桩氯离子扩散系数等腐蚀参数,对比分析了桩身与桩帽混凝土氯离子渗透情况,给出了港口工程中大管桩耐久性退化规律,对大管桩耐久性设计、使用和维护提供理论与试验依据.

Abstract: Abstract: In this paper, the initial boundary conditions for Raymond cylinder pile durability degradation was obtained from indoor test, and status information of the durability degradation was obtained from field sampling. Field investigation and pile body sampling were made to obtain the concrete chloride ion concentration profile of large pipe piles in service for 1 to 17 years. The degradation model for Raymond cylinder pile was built by a mathematic formula of Fick’s second law. The corrosion parameters of large pipe pile, such as the chloride ion diffusion coefficient, were obtained based on the statistical analysis of large amounts of data. Concrete chloride ion penetrations of the pile body and pile cap were compared and analyzed. The durability degradation law of Raymond cylinder pile was given, providing reference for large pipe pile durability design, use and maintenance.
