摘要:

用一种改进的格子Boltzmann方法(LBM)两相流模型模拟了三维液滴在非均匀润湿表面上的动力学行为.该模型在数值精度和稳定性上都有很大改善.在几种不同的非均匀润湿表面上,分析了液滴的铺展行为和运动过程.通过对液滴分裂过程中速度场的分析,阐明了液滴在润湿梯度作用下的运动和分裂机理.

Abstract:

Three-dimensional droplet dynamics on surfaces with non-uniform wettability were investigated based on an improved lattice Boltzmann method (LBM) for multiphase flows. Both the accuracy and numerical stability were improved in this model. Droplet spreading and movement on surfaces with non-uniform wettability was analyzed. The mechanism of droplet movement and splitting under the action of wettability gradient was illustrated based on the analysis of velocity field during the droplet splitting process.
