复杂形状管件液压成形工艺的稳健性优化

摘要:

以某形状复杂的管状副车架成形为例,借助数值模拟方法和稳健优化技术获取多工序加工的管件液压成形的稳健最优工艺参数.敏感性分析表明,影响管状副车架厚度减薄率的关键工艺参数分别为数控弯曲中的压块速度和润滑条件以及液压成形中的内压力;工艺稳健性优化结果表明,通过控制上述关键工艺参数,可以获得控制管状副车架厚度均匀性的最优工艺参数.

Abstract:

Nowadays it is a very effective method using numerical simulation technology combined with robust optimization technology to solve the forming quality stability problem in mass production condition. Using these two techniques, the robust optimal technological parameters for multi-process hydroforming of a tubular sub-frame were obtained. According to the sensitivity analysis, the key process factors which influence the thinning rate of the tubular subframe are: velocity of the pressure die, lubrication coefficient in bending process and max pressure in hydroforming. The optimization result of the key process parameters that influence the thinning rate of tubular sub-frame was given by means of robust optimization technology.
