我国主要江河经过新中国成立后60年的治理,一些地区水资源和水能资源已基本上或即将开发殆尽.考虑蓄能蓄电,可使之步入新的境界,并有利于江河入海口的开发.这种引入电网的参与和跨行业的开发模式可使各种资源的综合利用达到较高的水平.

Abstract: After the sixty years exploitation, the water hydropower resources of some districts are short or have been fully developed. Mixed energy storage is favorable to the development of river estuary. By this kind of exploitation the surplus power may be renewable and is favorable to the sustainable development.
