采用工频交流焊机对厚度为1.5 mm的国产超高强热成形钢板B1500HS进行点焊操作,研究其适用性,并对焊接接头的力学性能、显微硬度、微观组织、拉伸断口进行分析.结果表明,热成形钢电阻点焊性能良好,熔核直径和焊点拉剪强度均满足要求,熔核区组织为板条马氏体,拉伸时呈现钮扣状断裂,断口形貌具有塑性韧窝特征,软化区的存在是接头正拉强度显著降低的主要原因.

Abstract: Resistance spot welding of B1500HS hot-stamped steel with 1.5 mm was researched, using power-frequency alternating current welding equipment. The tension strength, hardness distribution, microstructure and the cross-tensile fracture appearance were analyzed. The test results show that the hot stamped steel has good weldability, and the nugget diameters and tensile shear strength both meet production requirements. The microstructure of spot welded metal is martensite. It is easy to get button fracture mode and shear dimples. The cross-tensile strength has sharply decreased, mainly as a result of the existence of softened zone in plastic ring.
