高强度合金硼铸铁组织成分与切削性能研究

合金硼铸铁具有高硬度、高强度以及良好的耐磨性和耐热性,是高速机车柴油机气缸套的主流材料.文中对气缸套合金硼铸铁的显微组织结构、化学成分和车削加工性能进行了分析评估.结果表明:合金硼铸铁的石墨形态以高强度A型石墨为主;与非涂层和氮铝钛涂层硬质合金刀具相比,赛隆(Sialon)陶瓷刀具具有更优良的性能,可以实现合金硼铸铁气缸套的高效加工. 关键词:

Abstract: Alloy boron cast iron has high property of hardness, high strength, abrasion resistance and heat resistance, which is often used in cylinder liner of highspeed locomotive diesel. The microstructure and chemical composition of the alloy boron cast iron were discussed. The machinability evaluation was carried out by turning tests. The result indicates that the alloy boron cast iron as one kind of Atype graphite cast iron has excellent mechanical property. Sialon ceramic tool shows much better performance compared with uncoated and TiAlN coated P20 carbide tool during high speed cutting of alloy boron cast iron.
