基于低表面能效应的疏水表面减阻机理

摘要: 针对疏水表面功能材料在流动减阻方面的潜在应用,通过水洞实验研究了具有疏水表面航行器模型的阻力特性,获得了其减阻特性曲线,并得到了大于30%的实验室减阻效果.对疏水表面进行了表面能特性分析,认为表面组分中的-C-Si疏水基团引起了疏水表面的低表面能效应,是疏水表面具有减阻作用的直接原因.

Abstract: The drag characteristic of vehicle models with hydrophobic surface was investigated by water tunnel experiment for the application of hydrophobic surface on flow drag reduction. The drag characteristic curves and excess 30% experimental drag reduction effect were acquired. The results of surface energy speciality analysis indicate that the-C-Si hydrophobic fragments bring about low surface energy effect of hydrophobic surface, which is an efficient reason that hydrophobic surface possesses drag reduction effect.
