农抗120活性成分四烯化合物的分离与鉴定

Isolation and Structural Identification of a Tetraene Macrolide Produced by Streptomyces hygrospinosus var. Beijingensis

摘要: 从农抗120产生菌刺孢吸水链霉菌北京变种的发酵产物中分离四烯类化合物,通过液相色谱与质谱联用仪测定其相对分子质量,采用核磁共振仪鉴定其结构.结果表明,所分离的四烯类化合物具有四烯大环内酯类抗生素的特征紫外吸收谱,并与四霉素B的结构相同.经体外活性测试结果表明,四烯类化合物对农抗120的活性指示菌清酒酵母具有明显的抑制作用.

Abstract: A tetraene compound was purified from the secondary metabolites of Streptomyces hygrospinosus var. Beijingensis, the producing strain of Agroantibiotic 120. The results of LCMS on molecular weight and NMR on structural identification show that it is Tetramycin B with the UV absorption spectrum of tetraene macrolide antibiotics. The bioassay result shows it inhibits the growth of Saccharomyces cerevisiae, indicating it is one of the effective components in Agroantibiotic 120.
