进口导向叶片热气防冰系统试验

摘要: 通过设计导向叶片热气防冰试验方案,开展了针对不同的外部结冰来流参数条件下导向叶片的防冰试验研究.得到了不同防冰热气引气流量下导向叶片表面温度的变化情况,通过摄像记录了整个试验过程.了解了防冰热气引气流量不足情况下导向叶片前缘以及叶盆的结冰情况.试验结果对于分析叶片结冰状态下表面流动换热机理,优化设计叶片内部热气流道,提高进口导向叶片的防冰能力有重要参考价值.

Abstract: The experiment method for studying the hot air antiicing system of inlet guide vane was introduced. Some antiicing tests were performed in different external icing flow conditions. In experiments, the blade surface temperature change was measured by thermalcouples thermal couple and the experiment process was recorded by an image recording system. The experiment results show that the ice accretion is located at the leading edge and suction side, and the guide vane internal hot air channel should be designed efficiently in the hot air antiicing system to improve antiicing performance.
