波浪载荷对船舶推进轴系的影响

摘要: 针对用二维方法分析波浪对推进轴系影响时,只能计算纵向弯曲变形,且精度不高的问题,通过对某散货船进行三维有限元建模,基于PATRAN命令语言(PCL)进行编程,计算作用于船体有限元的波浪压力,并进行自动加载分析.在不同海况下,计算船体变形情况,分析了推进轴系处船体的相对变位及其对轴承负荷的影响.结果表明:在4级及4级以下海况时,波浪对轴线处船体变位影响较小;波浪对轴线处船体变位影响随海况增加而增加,在8级海况以上时,轴线处船体变位最大值超过4 mm,将对推进轴系各轴承负荷造成巨大影响;在航向角为30°时,3个方向的相对变位都有所增加.

Abstract: The 2D plane method is not accurate enough to analyze the effect on propulsion shaft system by hull deformation, therefore, the 3D FE model of a bulk carrier was conducted. The wave pressure was calculated and loaded automatically based on Patran command language (PCL). The deformations of ship construction in various sea waves were calculated and the effect on bearing load was analyzed. The result shows that the deflection of hull under shaft line is small in and under the sea state 4. The deflection of hull under shaft line is increased by sea state. And it is more than 4 mm in the sea state 8, affecting the shaft bearing load enormously. The deflection of hull under shaft line in vertical, horizontal and longitudinal directions is increased when the course heading is 30°.
