盐雾腐蚀对铜翅片换热器空气侧压降特性的影响

Effect of Salt Spray Corrosion on the AirSide Pressure Drop Performance of CopperFin Heat Exchangers

摘要: 为了研究盐雾腐蚀对铜翅片换热器空气侧压降特性的影响,对4种不同腐蚀程度的铜翅片换热器进行了实验,比较分析了不同雷诺数下,经过不同盐雾腐蚀程度的换热器和新换热器的压降特性.为了分析翅片亲水性的变化对压降的影响,对铜翅片静态接触角和动态接触角进行测试.结果表明,随着腐蚀时间的增加,铜翅片的静态和动态接触角逐渐增大;换热器空气侧压降逐渐增大,摩擦因子逐渐减小;当风速在0.5~2.0 m/s时,空气侧压降最大增加17.5%~21.6%.

Abstract: Four kinds of corroded heat exchangers were performed in order to investigate the effects of salt spray corrosion on the airside pressure drop of copperfin heat exchangers. The performance on airside pressure drop of corroded and uncorroded heat exchangers were compared and analyzed under different Reynolds number. In order to analyze the effects of hydrophilicity on airside pressure drop, the static contact angle and dynamic contact angle of the copper fins were also tested. The experimental results indicate that, with the increase of salt spray hours, the static contact angle and dynamic contact angle of the fins increase, the airside pressure drop increases, and the friction factor decreases. The airside pressure drop increases by 17.5%~21.6% at most when the air velocity is 0.5~2.0 m/s.
