摘要: 为了准确得到齿轮传动系统动态特性,对传动轴进行离散处理.数值模拟齿轮啮合内部动态激励,采用改进的齿轮副动力学模型进行计算;同时,模拟各滚动轴承在润滑接触下的动态特性,考虑齿轮啮合时变特性、传动轴的弯扭耦合和支承弹性建立单级齿轮传动样机模型.仿真结果表明,支承条件不同会导致仿真结果差异较大,弹性支承更符合实际.

Abstract: Analysis for Dynamics Simulation of RigidFlexible Coupling Gear To obtain dynamic characteristic of gear train system more accurately in MSC.ADAMS, transmission shafts were dispersed; then numerical simulation was used to gain interior dynamic excitation of gearing and the torsion vibration model of gear pair was transmitted to an equivalent model to calculate; the dynamic characteristic of rolling bearing working with sufficient lubrication was simulated. The model which can take the consideration of gearing timevariable traits, lateraltorsional coupling of train shafts and bearing flexibility was eventually constructed. The conclusion demonstrates that the simulation results based upon different conditions differ from each other and flexible bearing accords with the fact more precisely.
