三丝GMAW焊接过程电弧中断现象分析

Research on Arc Interruption of Triplewire GMAW

摘要: 为揭示三丝GMAW焊接过程电弧干扰、电弧中断的原因及影响因素,基于信号采集系统和高速摄像系统同步采集焊接电流、焊接电压波形和电弧形态,理论分析三丝焊电弧偏移量的影响因素.结果表明:焊丝间距越大,电弧长度越短,焊接电流和电弧中断频率越小.针对三丝焊电弧中断现象,分析了电弧偏移量增大引起电弧长度增加从而造成电弧中断的原因.以三丝焊理论分析结果指导三丝GMAW焊工艺参数的选择,通过三丝GMAW焊接工艺参数的合理选择可获得无电弧中断的稳定焊接过程.

Abstract: To reveal the mechanism of interference and arc interruption during triplewire GMAW, signal acquisition system and highspeed camera synchronous acquisition system were developed, which sampl the welding electric waveform and arc features of triplewire GMAW. The factors of arc deflection were analyzed based on electromagnetic theory and it is concluded that arc interruption frequency decreases with the increase of interwire distance, welding current increase and with decrease of welding current. The experimental results show that there is no arc interruption of triplewire GMAW by properly selection of interwire distance and welding current combination on a base of theoretical analysis. And the longer arc length brings about arc plasma upward and arc interruption occurs due to electromagnetic force among arcs.
