摘要: 针对高残值易逝产品的特点,研究了其闭环供应链实施再制造的潜在经济收益;分析了单、双回收渠道下正向和逆向供应链系统中产品销售率、产品/部件的相对回收速度对整个闭环供应链实施再制造项目经济收益的影响.通过对比分析经济收益的变动情况,得出了在不同参数、不同渠道下相应的闭环供应链管理方法,在此基础上对影响项目收益的其他参数进行算例分析并得出了相关管理建议.

Abstract: The costsavings potential of closeloop supply chain management that collects and remanufactures highsalvage perishable products was modelled. In two different return channels, which are single and dual channel model, facing two main parameters: the sale rate of forward supply chain and the return rate of reverse supply chain, the model quantifies the relations of the parameters and the potential remanufacture revenues of closeloop supply chain. This paper discussed the economic effect of supply chain under different parameter changes and different channels, and gave the management advice. Furthermore, the other effect parameters were studied based on the numerical examples and the results were shown.
