摘要: 采用改进层次分析法进行汽车零部件物流网络规划研究.针对汽车零部件业务特点,以市场环境、运输配送和服务能力3大因素构建选址评价体系,根据评价的确定程度,建立确认度矩阵对层次分析法(AHP)进行改进.最后,以某著名物流公司的实例,验证了规划的效果和改进方法的实用性.

Abstract: By designing the logistics network model based on the characteristics for auto parts business, this paper used market environment, transport and service delivery capacity as the three major factors to build a site selection evaluation system. Considering the uncertainty of the evaluation, the paper built the confirmed matrix to improve AHP method. The case of Fengshen was used to confirm the effectiveness of planning and the improvement of the methods.
