摘要: 基于小波包相对能量特征指标,通过有限元数值模拟,分析了该信号特征对不同厚度涂层界面缺陷的敏感性.结果表明,加速度信号的小波包相对能量特征指标可以反映界面缺陷的位置及其大小,且具有涂层厚度越薄,敏感性越强的特点.

Abstract: Based on the wavelet package relative energy feature, the sensitivity of this feature to the interface flaws with different coat thickness was analyzed through the numerical simulation by finite element method. The results show that this wavelet package relative energy feature from the acceleration signals can reflect the interface crack location and size and the sensitivity is more obvious when the coat is thinner.
