摘要: 在“双碳”目标推动下,我国可再生能源装机量和发电量稳步增长,熔盐储能技术在支持新能源整合与平衡电网波动中发挥关键作用。在新的能源体系中,火电机组不仅承担基础电力供应,还需具备调峰的灵活性,以适应可再生能源发电的波动性。为显著提升火电调峰调频能力,熔盐储热系统与火电机组汽水系统的耦合成为了重要途径。本文综述了熔盐储热耦合火电机组系统的关键技术与研究进展,对比不同熔盐储热材料的热物性、应用范围及存在的问题,同时阐述了储热系统的关键部件的研究现状及未来发展方向。梳理了熔盐储热系统的耦合方式,对比了不同方式的优缺点。并对于熔盐储热耦合火电系统的经济性进行了分析,提出提高设计方案经济性的建议。最后,对于熔盐储热系统在火电机组中的应用前景进行了展望,可为燃煤发电机组的灵活性运行提供一定参考。

Abstract:

Under the promotion of the "dual carbon" target, the installed capacity and power generation of renewable energy in China have steadily increased, and molten salt energy storage technology plays a key role in supporting the integration of new energy and balancing power grid fluctuations. In the new energy system, thermal power units not only bear the basic power supply, but also need to have the flexibility of peak shaving to adapt to the volatility of renewable energy generation. To significantly enhance the peak shaving and frequency regulation capabilities of thermal power plants, the coupling between molten salt thermal storage systems and steam water systems of thermal power units has become an important approach. This article summarizes the key technologies and research progress of molten salt thermal storage coupled thermal power unit systems, compares the thermal properties, application scope, and existing problems of different molten salt thermal storage materials, and elaborates on the research status and future development directions of key components of thermal storage systems. Analyzed the coupling methods of molten salt thermal storage systems and compared the advantages and disadvantages of different methods. And an analysis was conducted on the economy of the molten salt thermal storage coupled thermal power system, and suggestions were proposed to improve the economic efficiency of the design scheme. Finally, the application prospects of molten salt thermal storage systems in thermal power units were discussed, which can provide some reference for the flexible operation of coal-fired power generation units.
