摘要:

提出一种基于结构化规则策略库的智能稳定限额管理技术,设计了一套基于结构化和规则库的断面规则自动识别和限额自适应调整方法,并以此为基础构建了具有华东特色的断面动态监视与电网规则库,并在D5000系统嵌入.通过统一展示手段,以直观简洁的形式提供可靠的结构化流程管理、稳定限额自动识别、稳定限额自适应调整、越限断面可视化监视分析功能,为调度提供了强有力的技术支撑.

Abstract:

This paper proposes an intelligent stability quota management technology based on structured rule strategy library, designs a set of automatic identification of section rules and adaptive adjustment methods of quota based on structured rule library, and constructs a section dynamic monitoring and power grid rule library with East China characteristics. Embedded in the D5000 system, it provides reliable structured process management, automatic identification of stability limit, adaptive adjustment of stability limit, and visual monitoring and analysis of out of limit section in an intuitive and concise form through unified display means, which provides a strong technical support for dispatching.
